Gianna Soonae Ku was born at 8:46AM on Sunday, October 9, 2011. After an all-night labor, which started around midnight, she was born at Lucille Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford and came in at 7 lbs, 3 oz and 22 inches long.
Sarah has a mild case of pre-eclampsia and was put on a 24-hour magnesium sulfate drip for treatment. However, both Sarah and Gianna are doing beautifully and are resting and bonding. We are looking forward to coming home from the hospital.
